With over a decade of experience in sustainable development, circular economy, and environmental innovation, I am dedicated to creating impactful solutions that contribute to a healthier planet. As CEO of both FERTIDEV and Ecofertil, I am committed to advancing sustainable solutions that turn organic waste into valuable resources for soil health and climate resilience. At FERTIDEV, we developed the Smart Composter—a cutting-edge solution that empowers communities and industries to reduce landfill waste by producing nutrient-rich compost. Through Ecofertil, we further specialize in creating high-quality compost that regenerates soil, enhances water retention, and supports sustainable agriculture.With an MBA in Entrepreneurship and roles that deepened my understanding of both the business and ecological sides of sustainability, I have grown into leadership roles, serving on the Executive Board of the Moroccan Coalition for Circular Economy (COVAD) and the Moroccan Association of Women Entrepreneurs (AFEM). I am also the local representative of the African Circular Economy Network Foundation and a member of the Bridge Africa Leaders Network by UM6P with a mission to scale sustainable impact across Africa. We aim to establish a robust bio-waste composting network across Africa, mobilizing a coalition for composting and green waste valorization. By fostering partnerships and scaling our technology, I am committed to supporting sustainable communities and empowering industries to be active participants in environmental stewardship.
