Responsible for all pharmacy and vision center operation in 13 stores within the district. Supervise 67pharmacists and 150 hourly associates.-Review records and reports to determine compliance with company operation expectations. Responsiblefor loss prevention, risk control, and quality assurance procedures, along with ensuring pricing, inventoryintegrity as well as legal compliance.-Managing budges, projecting sales and evaluation financial performance to ensure market profitability.Total Profit and Loss responsibilities, journal accounting responsibilities, customer satisfaction, overcounter merchandising, ant total store communication and involvement. Total financial responsibility ofover $60,000,000 per year in total sales.-Local recruiting of pharmacists, pharmacy student and optometrists.-Ensuring that pharmacy and vision center has sufficient supplies to complete assigned duties andequipment is maintained in good working conditions-Assist with monthly health fairs to promote pharmacy and the various services offered, includingvaccinations and MTM services
