I am a recent graduate of Indiana University. With a major in event management through the School of Public Health and minors in marketing and entrepreneurship through Kelley School of Business.Through opportunities such as my Staffing Coordinator role for MOKB Presents, I have experienced primary aspects of an event planning career. Specifically, I have gained valuable experience in the event industry through assisting in the management of large scale events such as Indianapolis Pride Festival, Garfield Park Summer Concert Series, and Nickel Plate District Summer Concert Series. Additionally, I have utilized my excel skills to centralize, compact, and analyze buyer data to improve the overall consumer experience for future shows.Outside of my school and work, I enjoyed living in a sorority house with 200+ women, where I served on an executive team and was responsible for executing two major philanthropic events. All money made during these events went directly to fighting hunger through Hoosier Hills Food Bank and The Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation. These events gave me the opportunity to design creative events beginning to end, while raising money for organizations I am passionate about. My personal favorite motto is do what you love, love what you do. I love events, and creating unique experiences for others. As I enter my next chapter, I look forward to bringing not only my experiences from the past few years, but more events for the world to enjoy!
