Preformed installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced telecommunications networks that supported the transmission of data, voice, and video communications for battalion and brigade-sized elements. By ensuring seamless and secure communication for military operations, often under high-pressure situations in tactical environments, I've developed expertise in networking technologies, troubleshooting complex systems, and managing secure telecommunications networks in dynamic environments.Key responsibilities included:• Network Setup & Configuration: Installed and configured network hardware such as routers, switches, and encryption devices to establish and maintain secure communication links between military brigades and/or battalions.• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnosed and resolved complex issues related to network connectivity, equipment malfunctions, and encryption systems, ensuring uninterrupted communication during critical operations.• Network Monitoring: Continuously monitored network performance, conducted regular systems checks, and implemented solutions to optimize performance and security.• Security Protocols: Ensured compliance with military security standards, safeguarding sensitive communication data and enforcing strict access control measures.• Technical Documentation: Maintained detailed records of network configurations, technical logs, and system upgrades to ensure the accuracy and readiness of communication networks.• Team Collaboration: Worked closely with peers, subordinates, and leaders of all ranks to coordinate communication support during missions and exercises.
