As UX/UI Product Designer at yiqqi, a dynamic startup, I played a generalist role being part of the entire product development cycle, from strategic planning, user-centered design development, to measuring the impact of design solutions on the business.Some of the tasks I have collaborated on include, conducting in-depth UX research processes to gain valuable insights into user needs and motivations, designing user-centric screen flows that deliver intuitive and enjoyable experiences, developing and implementing a robust design system to achieve a consistent and seamless visual language across all elements of the product, conceptualising design solutions through wireframes, low and high fidelity prototyping and ensuring that each iteration was refined and aligned with user needs and business objectives.I also collaborated on projects such as the responsive design of the company's landing page to offer a seamless experience on different devices, branding redesign establishing a coherent visual language, iconography redesign ensuring aesthetic unity, and the development of graphic materials such as screenshots and banners to advertise our product in digital media.Adopting agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, I thrived in our fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring smooth project management and efficient delivery of design solutions. During my experience as a visual designer and packaging specialist, I had the opportunity to specialize in the fashion-focused packaging sector. I was responsible for the packaging of several collections, such as panties, thermal wear, leggings, men's underwear and swimwear for women, men and teenagers. My tasks included the technical development, die-cutting designs, labelling and market trend research.
