I am a firm believer of developing healthy habits that will last a lifetime, rather than extreme dieting for a period of time only to revert back to old, bad habits when the goal is met. Setting realistic exercise and nutrition objectives and being held accountable for them are the keys to quickly and safely reaching fitness goals. Once initial goals are met, new goals are established so that health, attitude, and physical appearance continue to improve. The focus is on small positive changes, that when compounded, give big results!
