After over 23 years at my post as President of Eskridge & Associates, Inc. (humbly working with some of the country’s most influential people), I have closed that Chapter of my life and am now embarking on another adventure as a Writer. Yes! I said it out loud! I am a Writer, Blogger, Speaker and Author of my first book – Yahoo! With all the amazing changes and “you’ve-got-to-be-kidding-me” challenges that are a part of this new chapter of my life journey, I find myself at a good place, a peaceful place, a place where I can once again say: “The Sky Is the Limit”.As far as my personal wiring, I am very proactive, possess a meticulous attention to detail and am obsessed with adhering to deadlines. I am highly organized and extremely task/detail-oriented with the ability to meet required deadlines while under pressure. I have excellent written, communication and negotiation skills and am always on the cutting-edge of what’s trendy and trending. I LOVE interacting with and encouraging people; go above and beyond when it comes to customer service (and expect the same in return); am an expert problem solver/quick thinker on my feet; foster trust, loyalty and integrity in every relationship; am a self-starter; pride myself on being able to produce at a high level with limited direction; and am the ultimate team player. I also have the charming talent of exceeding expectations while multi-tasking and remaining focused and calm (smile). Well, that about describes Mona J. Eskridge in 500 words or less. I have a Compassionate Heart for Souls, am truly a Lover of Life and it’s contagious if you get too close. :)
