About Mona H.

I started with Advantage DataSystems in January 1996 (formerly First Parts Group) in the UK and set up the head office to support our field sales team. After 3 years, I had the opportunity to move to California and in recognition of my performance, the owners of the company created a new position for me in the US as the National Account Manager. That's just the type of organization this is - they care about their people and appreciate good talent! After a year in this position, I was promoted to Director of Sales Operations USA and have significantly contributed to the growth of the organization based on my operations and HR leadership. During my time with Advantage, we have gone through 2 ownership changes and each time our team has become stronger and our systems and tools have advanced further. The company has operations in the US, Canada and the UK. This is a progressive, fast-paced, high-energy organization that strives on excellence. We have a strong team both in the field and at our corporate office in Vancouver, Canada. Everyone has a positive, "can-do" attitude and is always ready to help.
