During my 6-month internship at Sahibabad, TATA STEEL, I worked on the 'Lab Information Management System (LIMS)'. The input would be from different laboratory staff and the quality management system team would update the testing data in LIMS. The project involved developing and implementing a LIMS architecture to support ERP laboratory needs, including capturing, tracking, reporting, and managing sample and analysis data. The LIMS Project collaborated with laboratory staff and the Quality Management System team to meet requirements and facilitate test data analysis. After implementation, the LIMS achieved objectives like Test Data repository, Automatic decision-making for processes, Generating reports based on algorithms, reducing human errors and enhancing data accuracy at an affordable cost. Upgrading Lab instruments enabled direct data capture, further streamlining the process.

-Actively involved in the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks, conducting Interviews and Inductions for Interns from Canada, United States and India.-Worked on Software called Bitrix-24 which basically helps to coordinate our activities-Targeted potential candidates via Placement cell, LinkedIn and Facebook.-Prepared employment document related to hiring done.
