Shaping culture.Learning & Development• Create and execute learning strategies and programs across the organization that are aligned with Earth Rated’s Vision, Mission & Values.• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs & implement various learning methods companywide accordingly.• Support leaders in developing their team members through career pathing.• Assess the success of development plans through the Development Management Program.and help team members make the most of learning opportunities.• Track annual L&D budgets (Bill 90) and negotiate contracts for new platforms,workshops, certifications, trainings, & more.Organizational Change• Facilitate and strategize change management initiatives by partnering with Senior Leadership and other stakeholders.• Regularly analyze business structures, procedures, and processes while always looking for ways to improve.• Measure the impact of learning on the team’s performance, efficiency, retention, and job satisfaction.• Partner with the Director of People & Culture to identify & design annual department priorities that align to the company’s long-term plans and monitor their successful implementation.Talent & Recruitment• In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, support in the development of our recruitment and employer branding strategy from a L&D perspective.• Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide team hiring forecasts based on your evaluation of individual and organizational development status.

• Create and execute learning strategies and programs;• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate development programs at Earth Rated geared towards improving individual, team, and organizational performance; • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs;• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training);• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings;• Continuously research new platforms, courses, and learning opportunities that can be implemented across the organization;• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities at Earth Rated;• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing and strategic planning sessions.
