As a business analyst consultant I helped customers to define business needs and IT requirements.

As a requirement analyst at Skolinspektionen (the Swedish Schools Inspectorate) I work with analyzing business needs and describing the requested changes within It applications. I mainly worked on standard platforms Sharepoint and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

At H&M I worked mainly with online sales, in different roles; Requirement analyst, Requirement lead, Business analyst and Project manager.As a business analyst I was responsible for analyzing business requirements within the customer puchase process. I was the main spokeperson for IT when it comes to describing business needs.As a project manager within the online expansion I was responsible for planning and coordinating the roll out new online markets.As a requirement analyst and requirement lead I was working in Online expansion projects. The main focus was coordinating requirements between IT systems involved in expansion projects. The role also included requirement priority, requirement traceability, business development, updating business processes, business rules and business needs.

As an usability consulant at Logica I was working with user interface design, usability testing, system testing and requirement analysis.

At the Swedish Tax Agency I worked with interaction design, usability testing, styleguide, pre study, effect mapping, personas and user analysis. I was project lead for the Styleguide, the usability testing and pre studies.
