With a twelve years of rich experience in transacting at the school level, I am currently working in the capacity of PYP coordinator, responsible for conducting in-house teacher trainings, parent orientation, checking the content development and academic planning for the primary. My work profile includes planning and supervising the day to day transactions, holding collaborative meetings, parent interactions, interviewing prospective candidates to name a few. As the SPOC, I also am the bridge between the leadership and the teachers and assist the schools administrators to determine the course needs, select study material and prepare a desirable plan for the academic sessions.Additionally, as an active member of the School leadership Conclave, School Review Committee and the School Academic Council, I conduct classroom observations within my school and for the sister schools for the Academic Health of the institution.I am a dependable team player and believe in making learning fun with a range of learning engagements. I enjoy researching, writing and editing on a wide range of topics. I have been involved in the PYP since 2015 and am continuously evolving as a learner as I believe change should be embraced and learning is a continuous process
