I have known Mona for about five years, during which time she has worked as a Senior Instructional Designer Consultant, providing blended learning instructional training material for various programs, via Training Pros and General Electric.

Most recently in 2018-2019, I also had the pleasure to work with Mona, as her reporting manager, when I personally recruited her to perform a dual role as a Senior Instructional Designer and eLearning Course Developer on a major project with Hanley Wood Media.
