I am a dynamic and a passionate person which makes me a competent trainer and facilitator. I believe that I am an ambitious learner and love to explore more opportunities . I have diverse experience as I am an Army wife and feel extremely proud to have travelled across the country . I have been a teacher in various schools around 9 years and also played a role of a Principal in a Pre-school. I have strived to professionally develop my team of teachers and also improve the infrastructure for the betterment of the children. Since 2017, I have been working as a Soft skills trainer after I got certified in 'Train the Trainer' and 'Professional Program in Soft Skills Training' from Image Consulting Business Institute , which is one of the world's renowned institution. I also got empaneled with the same institute as a Trainer where I could share my expertise to train the budding trainers . I have also done many Corporate trainings with organizations like Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd (TACO), VFS Global Ltd, Centelon Solutions Ltd, Cambridge University UK, MThree, Magna group, CIE Automotive Ltd, LTI Mindtree, Tata Motors, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, Polycab India Ltd , etc; I am also empaneled with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2017 and have trained almost around 50,000 aspiring CAs PAN India so far , in developing their soft skills, by conducting trainings on topics like Business Etiquette, Interview Skills ,Interpersonal Skills,etc; I am also a visiting Faculty with IIEBM,The Indus School , Pune , to train Management students on a variety of soft skills like Goal Setting, Business Etiquette and Grooming ,etc; I have been mentoring and handholding budding trainers in Module Designing . I also completed a course on Virtual facilitation to make online training sessions interactive . as well as for groups , on various Soft Skills related topics and help them grow and develop their personality.I believe in being a life long learner and sharing knowledge .
