Marketing Production Coordinator
Current• Expert in the company’s products, service offerings, and style/branding guidelines • Collaborate with Director of Marketing, Marketing Support Manager, the marketing team and key stakeholders to monitor the progress of marketing projects and ensure all deadlines are met• Assist with management of 10+ projects simultaneously, spanning various departments and brands • Record meeting minutes, prioritize workflows, develop timelines, manage calendars, schedule meetings, obtain executive approvals, hold stakeholders accountable for delivery, monitor budgets, and organize/maintain marketing department's expense reports • Assist with corporate travel and events, including: special event planning, travel request processing, hotel and airline reservations• Provide support for sales divisions, including adjusting PowerPoint presentations and memos • Make recommendations in weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
