- Leading the full supply network team in any new initiative project from pre-PC (Design stage) till the project comes to life and move to normal supply/Business.- Accountable for ensuring the supply chain projects/launches results meets targets of Cash (Inventory), Cost, Quality, Schedule (SOS) and Service.- Handling all the communications and alignments between Technical Readiness Leader (TRL), Production Site(s) Initiative Execution Leader (SIEL), Customization Initiative Leader (CIL), Marketing/Brand Team and all market initiative related tasks for the Project.- Provides supply network operations inputs to Category and Plant Operating Strategies (Fesability Study for Cost and Readiness "FCR", Phase In/Phase Out "PIPO" strategy for SKUs, Materials and Inventory) and BCP’s that are aligned with the initiative strategy.- Provide the inputs to the Feasibility Study on Cost Readiness "FCR", draft Project Base Plan, running ‘what-if’ analyses for Capacity, Inventory, T&W and SOS timings.- Ensure strategies for PIPO and Remnant Handling Strategy are in the Project Base Plan and Financial Analysis.- Ensure the supply plan is sufficient to support the initiative, including Product Samples and Base Product supply for Customization requirements- Complete ownership on the full project CPS (Critical Path Setting) on behalf on the Supply Network Operation teams to ensure that the project gates is closed on time and share any risk on the project in timely manners with clear solutions to overcome any constraint or delays in the new initiatives.- Owns the brand code creation, work with all supply network functions to ensure all Supply Chain Planning Master Data is complete, linked, and activated. Ensure pricing & costing for new materials & initiative SKU’s

- Conduct annual CSA for respective site with proper issue classification, upload on metric, ensure proper closure of actions and participate in related reviews within/afterwards.- Accountable to ensure that the company is prepared and regional team notified to successfully complete an intensive full audit from local customs officials and GIA compliance.- Lead changes/deployments of processes, projects and other work in respective operations/organization to accommodate requirements of new regional I-trade programs and regulations.- Maintain capability/mastery within organization through ensuring that all members involved in I-trade activities have completed their IRQ training & any other process training as defined by regional team. This may also include developing a local training program to fit the specific roles involved.- Own respective Site/SMO Local I-trade SOP index, identifying all procedures, ensuring they are in reference to regional or global procedures, approved by appropriate roles, having a clearly defined owner & frequency of review and communicated to the relevant roles. All local procedures including exceptions are managed through the requested channel and authorized by regional I-trade.- Proactively identify potential business risk exposures in the region and leads the efforts to reduce/eliminate the exposure.- Participate as respective site/SMO SPOC in regional I-trade drumbeats with the needed input, on time and ensure action planning of all outages with proper closure.- Exercise proper control over service providers to ensure legal requirements are met relative to I-trade regulations including P&G systems access. These providers include: Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders and third party logistics providers.

- Responsible for product maintenance and inventory replenishment within the Distribution Requirement Planning network for total Baby Care category products sourced from Cairo plant distributed to Middle East and Africa.- Analyze key DRP Performance metrics to drive Supply Network reductions in Cash, Cost andCustomer Service results.- Determine deployment priorities and assign inventory for products within the distribution network based on the touch points with Sales, Marketing and Demand teams to get the market insights.- Daily decision-making to have the right balance between finished product inventory levels and customer service results.- Working closely with the logistics and physical distribution teams for replenishment orders creation, truck loading and utilization exercise and following up on securing all the documentation needed to ensure on time shipments and delivery- Own Finished Product Inventory Parameter Tracking and Category communication for % SKU’s in Limits- Own Case Fill Rate Tracking and category communication for products within the DRP Network

- Single point of contact between production plants and supply planning team - Manage healthy inventory targets - Coaches new members in the supply chain - Monitor Inbound and outbound shipments in contribution with DHL- Improve Raw materials supply chains to achieve cost and cash savings.- Design the Suitable planning parameters, and targeted inventory levels based on supply strategy- Responsible for raw materials planning parameters, and master data Accuracy, to insure that MRP System is generating valid plans. - Follows up the monthly requisition for local materials and foreign materials on daily basis.Issues requisition and maintain inventories of imported materials and supplies necessary to meet the production plans.- Manages the materials requirements with the Purchasing and Warehouse departments.- Monitors the flow of scrap materials and slow-moving items- Coordinates with all departments to introduce new models on the production lines to ensure smooth running.- Evaluates the Performance of Section by calculating the turnover ratio and availability of materials and days of supplies.

- Improve Raw materials supply chains to achieve cost and cash savings through 5 sites "" Morocco-South Africa -Nigeria- KSA and Egypt "- Design the Suitable planning parameters, and targeted inventory levels based on supply strategy.- Responsible for raw materials planning parameters, and master data Accuracy, to insure that MRP System is generating valid plans. - Plan raw material Purchases and Deliveries.- Coordinates with the Technical department to periodically revise the Bill of materials consumption rates.- Follows up the deviations of materials consumption rate and take corrective action where necessary.- Follows up the monthly requisition for local materials and foreign materials on daily basis.- Issues requisition and maintain inventories of imported materials and supplies necessary to meet the production plans.- Manages the materials requirements with the Purchasing and Warehouse departments.- Monitors the flow of scrap materials and slow-moving items- Coordinates with all departments to introduce new models on the production lines to ensure smooth running.- Evaluates the Performance of Section by calculating the turnover ratio and availability of materials and days of supplies.- Tracks Suppliers performance to come up with Action plan to improve supply chain.
