As the Financial Manager and Legal Adviser at ElectroWaves Electronics, I oversee the financial and legal aspects of a company that has been a pioneer in power electronics in India for almost 20 years. I manage the financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and auditing functions, as well as the legal compliance, contracts, and risk management processes. I also lead the strategic direction and growth initiatives of the company, working with the board of directors, investors, and stakeholders.I am passionate about cricket and have been playing for the Chandigarh Cricket team since 2019, representing the state in various tournaments and championships. I enjoy the thrill and challenge of the sport, as well as the teamwork and leadership skills it requires. I am also committed to advancing my education and career, and I am currently pursuing two degrees: a Bachelor of Laws from Hp college of law, and a EPSF programme for emerging CFOs from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. These programs will equip me with the knowledge and skills to excel in the fields of accounting, finance, and law, as well as to become a visionary and ethical leader in the industry.
