Human Resource Compliance Specialist
CurrentHuman Resource Compliance Specialist with robust knowledge of policies and procedures, which support upper level management and maintaining compliance on behalf of an $ 8.65 billion Fortune 500 company. · Orients new employees to company policies, procedures and benefits.· Works with Human Resource manager to prepare for annual benefit and open enrollment meetings.· Created a new structured system for all in site employee files by creating a standard template.· Handles and manages employee records on site-specific training and development records.· Manages site-specific employee records, including employment files and employment history data, compensation data, and performance history.· Coordinates special events such as Employee Recognition, Feedback Meeting, Town Hall Meeting, and new launches. · Reviews electronic document control submissions for accuracy and integrity, route documents for approval, and perform final release and distribution of effective documents.· Maintains compliance with all suppliers.· Provides the flow of both electronic and hard-copied controlled documents, department files and resource materials· Implements Lean Six Sigma practices with 5s while working with the lead chemist. This has helped the flow of the lab and has become a time saving tool. Also, developed forms and checklists for the chemist to go through while organizing their space and ordering products.· Enters data for Environmental Regulation reports and assists the Regulatory Affairs Manager.· Creates New Requisitions from previous Purchase Orders for the following year.· Helps organize and assists Accounts Payable with Reconciliation of Accounts, Fixed Assists & Accumulated, and MFG Supplies, fills accounts payable bills.
