- Providing leadership in the analysis, documentation, prioritization, and alignment of requests and requirements for Women's Hospital and BC Mental Health & Addictions Services as part of the functionality upgrade to Children's and Women's electronic medical records application (Cerner).- Successful completion of +4,000 laboratory UAT as Test Lead for functionality upgrade to Children's and Women's electronic medical records application (Cerner) to 3,000 users in November 2012.

- Facilitated product strategy, gathered requirements and completed business analysis on software enhancements requests. Planned, designed and launched the first mobile application for the company. - Managed a $1.8 million Ministry of Health project to deliver improved software functionality targeted at supporting adults with chronic health conditions, frail seniors and those with mild to moderate dementia.

- Managed custom software development projects from strategy, information architecture and design through to development, deployment and maintenance. Implementation of .NET, PHP, Java, Alfresco and Drupal projects for clients such as: BC Courthouse Library Society (clicklaw.bc.ca), BC Maritime Employers Association, Electronic Arts (medalofhonor.com), International Finance Corporation (firstforsustainability.org), Mountain Equipment Co-op (mec.ca), and St. Paul’s Hospital (virtualheart.ca). - Led and directed the planning and upgrade deployment of the Police Records Management system requiring an 8 hour system outage for all 9-1-1 call takers and dispatch centres in the Lower Mainland. Coordination with stakeholder groups including Lower Mainland police dispatch centres, police agencies and the software vendor.- Implemented a department-wide time tracking system, provided review and analysis of potential document management solutions and established an automated emergency call-out system.

- Trained and supported account and sales teams for Vancouver and Calgary digital agency offices for all online products including monster.com, web-based surveys and online banner advertising.- Placed strategic online media buys on behalf of clients for the purpose of driving traffic to corporate career hubs. Monitored media buys and optimized site selection and placements using third party and site tracking tools.
