I have a great passion for technology and how digital transformation can change the way we work and live. I believe that inclusion & diversity is key to healthy business.More than 25 years of experience in IT, including a variety of roles at Cisco, with focus on business development, strategy and leadership. Broad experience across sales, channels, marketing, go-to-market strategy, development and execution. I have many years of experience of hiring and developing talent and driving results thru others.I´m a former board member and founder of the mentor programs of ODA, the leading network for women working with technology. As the leader for the mentoring programs for 7 years, more than 250 females have been participated in the program. The purpose is to promote personal and professional development through the exchange of knowledge, values, perspectives and attitudes. The mentor program also includes reversed mentoring and executive shadowing. There is room for more female leaders in tech and having a mentor has been proven as a key to advancement.During my time in Cisco I started Cisco Connected Women in Norway. The purpose was to contribute to a strategic effort to enhance the success in attracting, developing and retaining talented female employees. Hiring women with the aim of achieving a more diverse, globally competitive workforce capable of producing higher levels of technology innovation and better financial performance.I´m a strong sales professional specialized in Master of Management – Business Consulting, Strategic Management and Market Communication from BI and Economic and Business administration from NHH. I believe that learning something new or developing a new skill is important to meet the new challenges we face every day.My strength: Business and sales strategy, change management, leadership, digital transformation, mentoring, communication, relationship management, sales and marketing.
