• Managed all planning and execution for Natural Products Expo West, SupplyExpo, Nutracon and the NBJ Summit• Directly responsible for a $3 million dollar operating budget that included all vendors, temporary staff, transportation, housing, F&B, sponsorships, speakers, special events, AV, and employee T&E• Managed a team of three operations, events, and sponsorship coordinators• Maintained all vendor relationships including RFPs, contracts, and invoicing• Worked closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to ensure high engagement and seamless service for clients• Overhauled an outdated budgeting system with a new Excel-based process, rolled it out to the department, and provided training across all departments and management teams• Assigned to a special team tasked with developing a new training and internal support system for new hires within the department, created streamlined processes and documentation and set up shared resources on company intranet
