Depts. & Funding agencies, negotiating with them for finalization of budgets for various projects.• Responsible for day to days financial and accounting activities and maintaining statutory books.• Preparing budgets for various projects on vocational training, urban & rural welfare, tribal development etc.• Evaluation and monitoring of utilization of funds of various projects in accordance with prepared budgets and project proposals and also responsible for furnishing of various financial reports to the funding agencies in accordance with the agreements.• Planning and preparation of annual organizational budget and monthly budgets and responsible for preparation and presentation of various MIS reports to Director and Executive body.• Advising the Director and the Executive Board on financial matters of the Organization.• Member of the recruitment committee responsible for all recruitments in the Organization.• Providing training to all staff of the Organization.

• Reporting to the Chairman & CEO.• Responsible for finalization and reporting of four group companies.• Responsible for liaising with External Auditors, assessment and filing of Annual Returns and Income Tax.• Responsible for liaising with legal Dept., facilitating legal and regulatory compliances.• Deal with Banks and other external parties.• Responsible for day to day financial and accounting activities and treasury management.• Responsible for AR / AP.• Evaluate, develop and recommend fiscal and HR policies.• Develop and evaluate purchase policy, liaise with suppliers, facilitate all purchases. • Evaluate and monitor optimal utilization of funds/inventories.• Evaluate and analyze project profitability, variances and project costing. • Plan and prepare annual organizational budgets and monthly budgets and responsible for preparation and presentation of various MIS reports to Management.• Implement and Supervise IT system and evaluate software requirements.• Monitor the work of subordinates & provide training to the staff.• Evaluate and facilitate HR requirements, interviews, selection and recruitment of new staff. • Monitor Employees Visas, Resident Cards and Passport Status.• Coordinate with all Operational departments /QHSE Manager and establish staff training needs. • Collection, issue and handling the employees Passports as per the Quality System Policy.• Facilitate Health and Safety (HSE) training programs in co-ordination with QHSE Manager. • Monitor and coordinate with PROs for the compliance of statutory requirements. • Monitor and maintain Employees’ Accommodation and commutation needs. • Supervise all drivers and monitor transport facility, repair maintenance etc of the company.
