Implemented behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA for each adult individual in a group home with various co-morbid disorders including ASD.Following ethical guidelines of the BACB taught the residents independent living skills and focused on community integration.Heavily focused on de-escalation strategies as these group homes housed individuals with high frequencies of maladaptive behaviors.
