Participates in various forms of operational consultation and reporting within the organization and external parties as follows:• Report Directly to the Managing DirectorRegular briefing and progress reports to the Managing Director.• Regular meetings and discussions with Finance, Customer Service and Maintenance managers to enable effective co-ordination of activities across functions.• Regular meetings with Shift Supervisors, Control Room Operator and Field Operators to plan and review operations activities.• Managing and / or participating in project groups, transfer of knowledge and understanding.• Communication and collaboration with external parties such as other Terminal / Operations Managers, Jetty operators, Pipeline operators, Shipping agents, Ships’ crews, Contactors and other third party service providers.• Sets a good example both on and off the Terminal site.• Prepares weekly and monthly operations reports.
