As a Production and Sound Engineer, I am responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing cutting-edge station imaging such as jingles, promos, and liners. I ensure that audio is consistent and aligns with the brand image across all platforms. I also prepare and compile briefs for the station's branding and imaging campaigns and identify and utilize relevant voice-overs to produce high-quality station imaging.In addition, I receive bookings and prepare for recordings, ensuring that all equipment, facilities, and resources are available for production according to production specifications. I assist in the planning, preparation, logistical arrangements, and production of station promos to ensure that they are delivered to the highest standard.During the recording process, I ensure the effective recording of productions, optimizing the mix of all sound for broadcast, recording, and sound reinforcement to deliver on production needs and requirements. I continually monitor the technical quality of recordings, ensuring optimal quality of broadcast and adherence to broadcasting standards. With my skills and expertise, I strive to deliver high-quality productions that meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.

During my time as a trainee, I was able to develop and refine my sales and management skills to achieve impressive results. Over the course of three years, I successfully managed the organization's largest office, overseeing a team of over 40 employees, and was able to increase overall sales and expand the business by opening two new locations in Durban and Pretoria.My roles and responsibilities included implementing effective sales and management strategies to achieve office sales targets, as well as developing and training a team of five core trainers. I also successfully achieved national sales targets for clients such as Ackerman's, DSTV, Edcon, and Save the Children, while managing stakeholder relations with each of these important partners. Through careful planning and execution of a sales strategy, I was able to consistently achieve impressive results for the organization.
