When I joined Balance Staffing as a senior account executive, I was charged with opening new offices in Stockton, CA, and Modesto, CA. We grew those offices from one employee to over 30.My success there led to my quick promotion into a director role managing the business in the Central Valley and the Bay Area and then, in 2012, I became the partner and COO.As a DIRECTOR, a single strategic decision to close one poorly performing office in Campbell, Ca. led to the redevelopment of the entire organization. I spearheaded the creation of new leadership initiatives that would unify the company around our core values/vision and goals for business expansion. I also designed a company-wide recruiting program & sales program. With it came a new sales structure and marketing efforts, including a relaunched website with the vision of hiring a marketing manager and the introduction of industry-standard tech tools like Salesforce CRM and Talent Rover ATS.As the COO, I led innovation across the board in branding, software adoption, recruiting and sales strategies, new onsite vendor programs, website development, policy change, payroll, human resource, salaries, safety, internal recruiting, company structure, vertical markets, and markets in niche specific industries. Under my leadership & with the guidance of my CEO/executives, we went from placing hundreds of people to placing thousands of contract workers in manufacturing and industrial jobs. The overall success of this corporate expansion resulted in a top regional ranking of staffing companies by Business Journal for 3 years in a row. The title was well-deserved: In just five years, our revenue increased by 400%. I feel honored & privileged to be able to lead such a great team of caring individuals.

Oversee the sales organization for engineering and commercial divisions to help drive top line growth; accountable for implementation of company sales strategy. Delivered influential presentations to key decision makers including CEO’s, CIO’s, and CMO’s, gaining consensus on plans to improve staffing/consulting outcomes by utilizing our recruiting processes. Manage and conduct various sales techniques and recruiting activities, serving as primary contact for customers to ensure requirements are filled. Lead development of new geographic markets and cold calling initiatives. Recruit, train, and supervise 2 direct reports and 1 customer service representative. Part of the Ambassador’s club; provide leadership and develop initiatives in order to create cohesive groups.
