Current• L1 & L2 IT Helpdesk support for end users in AU.• Troubleshoot / resolve laptop, printer, connection, Microsoft apps, company apps issues.• User account creation & offboarding via Hybrid Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID.• Laptop setup and patching for termed, new and existing staff.• Microsoft Entra ID for user account / device monitoring and security management.
