-Processed the organization's Pre-activity documents as well as Post-activity documents. This also includes needed permits for an event.-Helped in processing the documents of almost 15 events for the whole 38th year of the organization.

-Collaborated with a team of 7 people to help in the registration booth as well as helped in the technical aspects of the events. -Emailed 25 professors regarding 4th-hour incentives, including drafting and sending emails to them to promote engagement and participation from their students. -Supporting the facilitation of Cencomm meetings by sharing Zoom screens, checking Cencomm members’ attendance, and creating the minutes of the meetings.

-Helped Lead a team of 9 Co-AVPs and 13 Junior Officers in a seminar that talked about Sparking Sustainable Change in Sustainable Operations Management. The event garnered a total of 127 DLSU participants which made the event successful.

-Led a team of 10 people into conceptualizing the DP and CP Photoshoot for the event. Helped in making a sari-sari store out of recyclable materials. Made a banner for the fundraising event of the organization.

-Provided administrative support to seven Business Units of Schneider Electric by creating Ad-hoc letters ensuring accuracy and preventing the risk of "exposure" to the company's brand.- Supported end-to-end development of bidding documents for projects targeting private and public sector clients, focusing on detail and compliance.-Analyzed and upgraded the document request system, enhancing accessibility and functionality for internal stakeholders.-Created a structured document repository to streamline file management, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage of key documents.-Enhanced Customer Relationship Management data accuracy through regular updates on late and sleeping opportunities, managing account tagging, and identifying the account managers on open and closed opportunities.

-Participated in a Collaborative project in Singapore focused on enhancing Hawker food culture. -Engaged with 45 students from Binus University in Indonesia and Singapore Polytechnic in Singapore in a cross-cultural team environment. -Conducted field research by visiting hawker centers. -Presented a prototype of website showcasing Hawker centers as a creative solution to the problem “How might we enhance the Hawker Food Culture in Singapore?” to the Singapore Heritage Board

Coordinated and processed the accomplishment of one Memorandum of Agreement with a sponsor. Ensured the fulfillment of sponsorship terms by complying with the relevant terms.

-Played a role in the preparation of the post-activity documents for “Sailing APC”. Conceptualized and created two sample publicity materials and captions for “Academic Core Excellence Reviewers”. -Participated in the committee's Company tour in Henkel. -Participated in a year-long training program through seminars and workshops that built leadership skills and communication skills

Collaborated with a team of twelve to brainstorm ideas and concepts for the Escape room and Book Drive. Wrapped 80 books and created short descriptions for the fundraising book drive to raise funds of PHP 84,505 for the organization’s partner community.
