FEA for lube and cooling components includes valve cover, oil pan, breather and its brackets, suction tubes, gaskets.Guide team members for structural analysis work, review their work and help them to provide proper conclusions and recommendations from analysis.Prepare reports and presentations for internal, external, and cross functional teams to Support program objectives.Prepare test plans for the components that is been analyzed to validate the FEA model. Correlate the test results with the FEA model as a part of validation.Project management, estimate, planning, co ordinating and scheduling of simulation projects.Use prescribed and innovative methods, and works with limited guidanceDevelop pass/fail criterion for Finite Element Analysis based on part functionality and required specifications.Applies engineering skills and continue to develop experience in creating engineering solutions.Participate in E, D, L and P phase reviews.Support designers to design innovative and unique products by using analysis approach.
