Responsibilities• Responsible for managing the office, giving tasks to engineers & follow up with them.• Supervising a team of 3 engineers during the project.• Coordinate with Structure discipline.• Follow up with external MEP designers and coordinate with them.• Create a design from scratch, creating multiple options, going through zoning, design development, schematic drawings and 3D rendered models until delivering the final construction drawings to the client and authorities.• Prepare Sketchup conceptual and full rendered models for the projects.• Meet up with the client to discuss the design and make updates then follow up with the clients, update them with project current stage and make plans & provide the time schedule for the next step.• Prepare project submissions with required documents and attend meetings in Planning, SEWA (Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority), Civil defense and Sharjah municipality to discuss the projects with the engineers, solve issues, get final approvals & issue the building permit.• Site visits to handle design or construction problems• Visit the project site for inspection & making inspection photo report for the client and authorities.• Create as built architectural drawings according to site inspections & actual dimensions.• Contact contractors, request project quotations, deliver the quotations and discuss it with the client.• Approve contractors work and issue the payment for them.

Responsibilities• Responsible for the technical office works of all types.• Supervising a team of one or more draughts men during the project.• Site visits to handle design or construction problems• Coordinating between all projects disciplines (Architectural, Structural & MEP).• Providing technical assistance for the construction team during the project.• Preparing the architectural and structural drawings for the As-Built submittal.• Conforming the military projects’ drawings with CAD standards (Architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and civil drawings).

Responsibilities :• Develop the concept ideas with the design team as a designer of complete projects.• Prepare Sketchup conceptual and full models for the projects.• Prepare presentation for the client and authorities.• Create the initial schematic drawings.• Coordinate with other disciplines (Structure, MEP & Civil).• Prepare & develop construction drawings package.• Travel to Saudi Arabia with the design director to work on concept ideas to present directly to the client.• Update master plans concept with urban designer.• Respond and apply operator comments to submittals & attend meetings with the owner to update and get the approval on the -design and alternatives.
