As HR-Manager my area of responsibilites are HSE policy and developing an HSE / QA system for the Company, recruitment of personnel to the Company and clients, mobilization of personnel to projects for the Company, invoicing for responsible projects and clients, controlling hours per employee per project, developing the company's Intranet, weekely meetings with coordinators for my responsible projects, participant in weekly salesmeeting in the Company, contact with Comany Union and responsible for Union Agreement, responsible for applications for rotations for Company's projects, improving Company routines.

As General Manager in i small company I was responsible for every task in the firm such as establish HSE/QA system, prepare audits from clients, follow-up audits from third party, register RUI reports and follow-up incidents, approval of subcontractors, basic wage tasks, personnel mobilization to on- and offshore projects, hire personnel to projects, screening candidates, checking references, interviews, contract with clients, checking rates, terms of contract, documentation to client, follow-up of on- and offshore projects and clients, personnel policy and systemAfter some time we were 4 employees in the administration, and these were my responsibility.Under my supervision the company grew from 3 to 90 employees, and we went from employing personnel to larger projects with high demands for quality and qualification systems.

As teacher I was responsible for classes from 8th to 10th grade. Meetings with parents and follow-up of pupils.

I was employed at Forsøl elementary school in the period skole 08.2002 – 07.2004. Then I transferred to Fjordtun elementary school in the period 08.2004 – 05.2006. In both schools I was a teacher in High School level, 8th-10th grade.
