I combine a deep knowledge of operational functions with skills in internal auditing, and monitoring to identify discrepancies; resolve complex issues; capitalize on opportunities for improvement and training; and ensure regulatory compliance associated with processes, systems, and third-party/vendor relationships.My primary responsibilities include: - Lead annual compliance training (HIPAA, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, Code of Conduct, Cybersecurity) requirements for all new and existing employees.- Assist the agency principal with preparation and responses to annual compliance audits from carrier partners.- Collaborate with project/department managers in investigating and responding to CMS, TDI, and carrier complaints. - Auditing employee documentation in Salesforce and calls through quality assurance evaluations.- Update policies and procedures annually.

As the sole company training manager, I am intimately involved in the onboarding and training of newly hired employees. I am responsible for teaching new hires about Keystone Advisor's history, culture, and values as well as training on how to be optimally effective with the technology and processes we use. My primary responsibilities include: - Lead training classes for new employees.- Stay updated on and effectively communicate best practices and department-specific processes to all trainees.- Collaborate with the Human Resource Manager and other department leaders to ensure our training curriculum is current and effective in developing quality, engaged, and productive employees.- Assist department managers with ongoing training/development as needed.- Prepare/create lessons as well as design and develop ongoing/refresher training. In addition, I develop course evaluations to determine solutions for improvement and determine the effectiveness of training sessions.- Assist our Broker Relations department with training agents and agencies on our virtual sales tools, carrier broker portal(s), and products as needed.
