Lead, develop and implement second order change of all aspects of ISHS Professional Learning Community - PODs, Swap and Share and publication of Indooroopilly Pedagogical Principles Toolkit. PODs: Manage and support Learning and Teaching teachers (3) to research, coordinate and implement cross-faculty POD work whereby all Teaching staff (approx. 150) are engaged in trialing evidence-based pedagogical practices underpinned by Indooroopilly Pedagogical Principle: Critical Thinking Skills. Staff are engaged in pedagogy focused on cognitions within the context of the latest Syllabus documents.Oversee the delivery of the Swap and Share series focused on the collaborative sharing of pedagogical strategies from a diverse range of Teaching staff.Oversee, manage, co-author and deliver the publication of the Indooroopilly Pedagogical Principle toolkit.Manage and support Learning and Teaching Teachers (3) in the delivery of the aforementioned projects.Manage and support Learning and Teaching Lead Academic Coach who manages and implements Academic Conferencing for Senior Secondary and works closely with Senior Secondary students for academic success.Manage and support Learning and Teaching Mentor who manages and implements Early Career Mentoring and Peer Mentoring.

Team member of the Learning and Teaching team at Indooroopilly State High School - this team is utilised to assist with developing resources, providing professional development opportunities and research into pedagogy. Coordinator of Professional Development in-service Swap and Share. Developer of the ISHS Task Sheet template. Trained in the Art and Science of Teaching. Indooroopilly State High School Pedagogical Principle's committee member.
