WEB DESIGN Developed a website for the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center’s Endocrine Division that emphasized their ground-breaking research and served as a resource for the latest faculty and lab publications and awards. Conducted a needs assessment with 15 faculty and staff members and implemented functional changes based on their user experience.Organization of website information was so successful that the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center used the navigational hierarchy as the gold standard for other departments to follow.ADMINISTRATION Oversaw critical quinquennial accreditation review by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). Administered performance evaluations of staff, conducted audits of credentials, and developed improvement plans with the directors. Review was extremely successful and certified that the program could continue training fellows.Annually raised $10,000 in funds through educational grants for lecture series and research retreats at Beth Israel. Funding increased the status of the program by enabling us to invite internationally endowed speakers.
