Responsible for all aspects of staff recruitment and employee engagement programs at Ashridge, the Executive Education branch of Hult. Created and promoted staff initiatives around recognition, wellness, sustainability and innovation, for staff of nearly 300.

Responsible for executing sophisticated events across multiple countries and campuses, to boost Hult enrolment and student retention, as part of the Global Marketing Team. This role provided me the opportunity to set the strategy and growth for a growing brand, all while doing what I love, party planning!

Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout this cultural exchange organization. Devised creative recruitment strategies to identify talent that fit the unique positions in the community. Worked closely with senior management team to attract, hire, reward, and retain top performers. Responsible for Reward & Recognition initiatives for 200 staff.

Managed all aspects of running a business, including marketing, scheduling, accounting, continuing education, client charting and inventory.

Provided 20 hours of massage each week to Googlers during their workday. Offered Prenatal, Swedish, Relaxation and Sports massage, as well as Myofascial Release and Reiki. Ensured excellent client service, while abiding by the policies and procedures of the massage program.

Oversaw the processing of all payments, including vendors' invoices, individual reimbursements, and other accounts payables. Managed accounting and record keeping systems.

Responsible for logistical coordination of research support and organization of 10-12 conferences per year in a growing international research center. Managed budget development, public relations, and on-site supervision during conferences. Took care of accommodations, transportation, meals, audio-visual requirements, invitations, vendor negotiations, and web sites for Center conferences and special events.

Co-founded a Dutch bicycle import company. Imported and sold custom painted Dutch bicycles, mostly in the Boston area. Painted custom designs on each bicycle, special for each customer. Managed all aspects of running a business, including marketing, sales, public relations, inventory, transportation, accounting, customer satisfaction and reporting.

Supervised a team of 5 staff and 250 volunteers who placed and supervised over 800 international students in families and high schools across the United States. Recruited and trained team in all aspects of counseling and working with volunteers.

Spearheaded the West Coast division of EF Au Pair, spreading recognition of live-in childcare options. Recruited & trained volunteers to be local coordinators who support au pairs and host families during their cultural exchange year.

Recruited, screened, interviewed, onboarded and administered benefits (health insurance and 401k) to over 700 full-time employees. Resolved employee grievances and assisted in resolving conflicts between managers and their staff.

Developed working relationship with educators nationwide in the coordination of group travel programs. Generated sales of group package tours to students and teachers and maintained customer satisfaction.

Tutored Japanese adults and children in English grammar, conversational skills and American customs.
