CAD design and fabrication of Robots

My dept was Aerospace-PMG and I was assigned to the Aerospace shop. ISRO being one of the customers, the company fabricates rocket motor casings which are, S-139 of the 1st core stage of PSLV rocket and S-200 of solid boosters of GSLV rocket. My project was on Design and Fabrication of storage rack for Tongued/Grooved rings of rocket motor casings. My role was to design and fabricate wheels of the trolley on which the rings would be kept, under the guidance of a senior engineer.Apart from my project, I learnt about proof pressure testing, various NDT techniques like Dye- penetration testing, UT, RT, conducted in the aerospace shop.
