As Digital Marketing Jr Specialist, every action is focused on boosting Digiserve's brand and driving product adoption. Leveraging my digital marketing expertise, I craft engaging content, manage online campaigns seamlessly, and develop strategic daily plans - all to grab attention and propel brand growth. I designed a compelling roadshow campaign that successfully introduced Digiserve's products, such as Managed SD-WAN, Managed Services of Microsoft 365 and Cloud Contact Center to regional offices of Telkom Indonesia and customers in several cities of Indonesia.

As a Marketing Apprentice at Digiserve by Telkom Indonesia, I developed my skills in conceptualizing marketing ideas and creating engaging content, especially for social media channels. During this fairly short apprenticeship, I also contributed to the successful soft launch of the Service Management Platform product. My responsibilities included conceptualizing and developing creative marketing ideas and content for various channels, including social media, creating social media campaigns to generate awareness and excitement for soft launch of Service Management Platform product, and collaborating with the Service Management Platform Soft-Launch Task Force Team to design and execute soft launch events.
