Quality Project leader, responsible for Development Quality for LED TV from design all the way to production release for production and early field attack. KPI is to ensure new production release the market having a field call rate lower than the predicted target during project phase. Main task during project development phase:1. Feedback the learnings in the pre-decessor products to the new project.2. Identify focus area in the new project.3. Risk management via FMEA.4. Creation of Quality test plan.5. Tracking of validation test status and reports6. Identify CTQs and work closely with designers and supply quality to ensure supplier is able to meet the Cpk requirement on these CTQs.7. Home testing in Region before the production software release.8. To release the product for production.9. To work with the field quality team to attack early field feedback, using 8D methodlogy.
