Leads ARBAN, Education program– “Sponsorship Component (ESCAF)” Project, and Women and girl’s empowerment program “If not now when?- paving the gender equality in Baunya-Badh slum” project.Main responsibilities:Project problem finding, analysis, solving, team leading, advocacy and budgeting. Developing & maintaining hardly time and action plan, monitoring tools development and support monitoring of the effects and impact of the project, prepare to progress monthly/quarterly, half yearly, annual & project completion narrative reports and submission to donor agencies including preparing case study and success story. Lead & guide the team including the selected consultant/consultancy firm within implement the project trainings i.e SRHR, Gender, advocacy and lobby, qualitative research etc. and also ensure the quality of the activities. Lead and guide according to psychosocial counseling services to properly implement and maintain the quality of counseling sessions are activated in community and inside-outside schools. Lead and guide the teams to organized & implement different theme theatre play to sensitize the people on child protection, gender discrimination & violence. To lead and guide to teams according to properly quality ensue and implement the different awareness increasing activities i.e., day observance of national and international days etc. Facilitate networking between INGOs, local NGOs, government, local government to build collaborative network in child protection and VAWG. To facilitate different workshop, training etc. Build community capacity for long-term sustainability of ARBAN’s interventions. Contribute the ideas for the project proposals development etc.

Leads the BBF project's -Improved Institutional Responses to Children & Youth in Contact/Conflict with the Law- IIRCCL. Main responsibilities:Project problem finding, analysis, solving, team leading, advocacy and budgeting; established child welfare desk in police stations at Chittagong Metropolitan Police Station and also establishment of area based Child Welfare Committee- CWC; developing, maintaining hardly time and action plan, monitoring tools development and support monitoring of the effects and impact of the project, to prepare project progress monthly/quarterly, half yearly & annual reports and also preparing case study and success story and news script in English and Bengali for national or local newspapers for media coverage; Peer Support Scheme establishment and forming in 10 high school’s as Child Protection Committee-CPC, conduct school based awareness campaign; organize and conduct meeting/ Workshop/training with GO officials including police officers, NGOs, LGIs, and community members, bar council association, Children task force Child Welfare Committee members, Panel Lawyers, Community Volunteers & Youth Advocates.

Project Location : 7, 17, 18, 19, 40 & 41 number Ward in Chittagong City Corporation Area, Chittagong.Funded by: Women Health Innovation programme-US State department.Lead the Monitoring and Documentation part of the BBF project's- Babu Barta for Slums-BBS. Main responsibilities:Lead the development of qualitative and quantitative tools to collect data about the project’s performance, engage in regular field visit to collect quality-monitoring data, through quantitative and qualitative methods and as per the project’s M&E plan; analyze and summarize the collected data to ensure standard and accurate reporting. Lead the project’s evaluation process and the compilation of the evaluation report. monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output, maintaining directly Project monitoring & reporting System (PMRS); supporting to local partner organizations to identify issues and manage challenges, regularly conduct and ensuring link up and referral services development with different service providers to get from free health checkup services for directly beneficiaries of pregnant women, rapport build up and advocacy with stakeholders such as community people and GOs, LGIs NGOs, to support team for organizing different awareness increasing activities such as folk theater show, celebrating day observance such as mother’s day and safe motherhood day etc.

Funded by: Save the Children International.To lead the Community Mobilization part of the BBF project's- Empowering Working Children to Sustain & Enjoy their Rights - JAGORAN.Main responsibilities: Child Protection and risk Management, regularly action plan developing through the project strategically way and monthly, quarterly and yearly progress report making and submission; regularly conduct with ward councilor and community members and opinion leaders, employers association and also govt. high official to get the rights fulfill for working children; regularly conduct and rapport build up with working children’s employers to help for children to get sufficient wages and to reduce working hour; to ensure for working children basic services through linkage and referral services development with different service providers i.e. health, education and vocational training; to implement different awareness increasing activities to get properly working child rights i.e. day observance of world day against child labor, pot song; to form child forum to empowered about their rights and making leadership; to form a child protection committee (CPC) and a network forum for implement child protection mechanism in community and District level; regularly meeting conduct with Parents, Center Management Committee (CMC), child protection committee (CPC), Employers association, Network forum, service providers, Strengthening Children Academy, Local Government and sensitized Local media to fulfill properly working child rights.

Research location: All wards in Chittagong City Corporation Area, Chittagong.To supervise the research team on the research title of Mapping & Situation Analysis of Urban Slum on Physical Humiliating Punishment.Research description:200 slums selection, 82 children working places selection, 41 Primary schools selection.Research methodology: Questioners method, one by one interview, area mapping, FGDs, KIIs.Key responsibilities: Research questioner development, data entry, analysis and making report and supervising to research team.
