Partner with product and engineering teams across Adobe to drive shared services for Adobe Experience Cloud• Define and develop access management solution for Experience Cloud through extensive customer research and partnerships with design, engineering, and product management across Experience Cloud• Drove user and permissions migration effort for 100% of users over 15k customer instances of Adobe Analytics• Established a unified taxonomy and tagging application for Experience Cloud customers to enable classification and discovery of resources• Serve as subject matter expert and customer facing resource to customer success, consulting, and support teams

Partner with other product teams across all Marketing Cloud solutions to define and drive the Marketing Cloud Lighthouse themes roadmap. Focus on closing gaps for enablement, case study development, and value creation in customer multi-solution implementations. Work with key customers and partners to implement and test early prototypes and concepts designed to simplify and develop best practice approaches and architectures that can be leveraged by the field and with our partner community.

Manage demonstration logistics and preparations for major Adobe Marketing Cloud and related solution events, as well as manage the development of Marketing Cloud sales tools such as field readiness content, BU-driven Digital Marketing demos, and the solution demo application in support of Adobe's global sales force.

• Collaborate across Business Units and product teams to identify and source compelling demos that showcase Adobe's technology and support the CTO's internal and external communications goals• Investigate and assess relevant emerging technologies (hardware and software) on behalf of the CTO.• Perform technical research on behalf of the CTO.
