Production Supervisor

● Reduced staffing costs by 36,6% and increased the production capacity by 66.67% of flavored seedless plum through optimizing the entire production line by utilizing the 4M Analysis Process.● Removed redundant processes in the production cycle of the pickled Japanese eggplant to reduce the waiting time by 10 minutes for each cycle. ● Collaborated closely with the production supervisor to plan the entire production for a 3 month period and eliminated cross-contamination possibilities in manufacturing equipment. ● Trained 120 operators twice a month in collaboration with 3 other speakers on GMP and HACCP safety procedures and knowledge.

● Contributed to the research and development of cricket-based goods as an alternative food for the future by compiling a collection of statistically confirmed scientific findings. ● Crafted easily understandable scientific-based food development guidelines for the general public. ● Trained 50 attendees from the Northern Region Community’s Product Promotion and Product Development Group on how to produce meat and dairy products for long-term self-sustainability.
