One of my most fruitful engagements so far, I helped ING with their cultural and technical challenges on their new way of working for their SOx-compliant, multi-tenant-safe Global Engineer Platform.From coaching to knowledge sharing to documentation to development (Go, Python, Bash) to hackathons to fixing split brain scenarios on Zookeeper... this gig gave me a lot of joy and sleepless nights as well.I for sure will miss the teams I worked with but I also left with a warm feeling in my heart because together we worked to deliver high quality with security first.
