Maintained ground-to-air navigation equipment including the digital systems Glide Slope, ILS including the antenna arrays, as well as, tube systems,TACAN, TVOR and VOR systems. Performed flight checks and other routine systems checks. Took measured readings from the ground to keep equipment within safety standards and regulations for airplanes to use during take-offs, flights and landings.Our flight lines and systems were used by military and civilian aircraft on a routine basis.
