Directed the operations and program development of Community Integrated Health division for the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver, an Association serving over 60,000 Coloradoans, included management of an operating budget exceeding $2.7 million.• Cultivated state, federal and local community partnerships, resulting in just over $2 million in grant funding from public and private funding organizations which advanced health equity for members of the Denver Metro area and throughout the state of Colorado.• Led a large and diverse team of public health and wellness professionals, including 3 full-time direct reports and +130 full and part-time program delivery staff, to ensure safe, high quality programs and ongoing staff development.• Developed program evaluation metrics with data analytics; presented results based outcomes to grantors, association leadership and board of trustees.

Directed operations and program development of Evidence Based Health Initiatives for the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver, an Association serving over 60,000 Coloradoans. These new programs and services were a tremendous innovation for the YMCA nationally and locally and represent a new era in the organizations movement to connect population health within a community, building towards health equity. Managed an operating budget exceeding $375,000 annually.• Collaborated with YMCA of the USA national Chronic Disease team in conjunction with CDC and NIH to advance chronic disease community programs portfolio. Including National Diabetes Prevention Program, Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program, Cancer Recovery program, Childhood Obesity Intervention program.• Duties included the negotiating and on-boarding of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system forchronic disease program participant referral, management, billing and primary care provider feedback loop. • Developed and cultivated a diverse staff team of professionals to meet the needs of program participants within the community of service. Including training specific curriculum to achieve measured outcomes and development of staff culture of innovation and teamwork. • Reached and maintained full recognition by the CDC for the delivery of the National Diabetes Prevention Program and achieved Medicare Supplier status through Center for Medicare Services (CMS) in 2018.

Administration and operational management of fast paced, highly dynamic student safety program under Associated Students of University of Nevada (ASUN). ASUN Campus Escort, is a student safety program utilizing student staff to provide safe rides after dark for students on and off campus and Safe Ride is a harm prevention substance abuse diversion program in concert with Campus Counseling Services.• Duties included, staff recruitment, training, development and supervision of program and leadership staff. Vehicle and IT equipment acquisition. Maintenance and service scheduling. Budget development and management, including securing annual funding from student government.
