-Administrative support to Pastors + ministries (Clerical, communications, calendaring + scheduling, expenses allocation/reporting, etc.)-Database administrator; Church Community Builder, Zoom, Asana, Communications liaison between staff + congregation. -Church Calendar Management + events coordinator (Church events, small groups, meeting, weddings, funerals).

-Expedite invoices in various online systems for 25 properties.-Provide reports + records of payments, lien releases, deposits, + vendors.-Also worked in the field with various properties as a Team Neighbor Ambassador-Providing the ultimate leasing experience living or touring our neighborhoods start to finish file processing in person/online, communications with maintenance service requests, package deliveries, up to date renters insurance + requirements for residing with Prometheus properties.

Pay Independent Contractors in our Concord, San Luis Obispo, + Bakersfield offices on the 25th of each month + Full Rigs at the end of each month. On a daily basis approve freight bills for payment, prepare statements, apply Franchise Tax Board orders, garnishments, fuel charges, back charges, prepare advances + Hold/Repay accounts.

-Handle all incoming telephone calls + messages, distribute mail, greet clients, attorneys, court reporters, performed all filing for civil cases, civil pleadings, + accounting records, update Library, maintained cleanliness of office, conference, + break room at all times, order supplies + groceries for the office, maintain + archive closed cases.-Monitor all new or prospective criminal cases.-Open all Personal Injury cases.-Accounts Payable, issued office expenses, case cost invoices, + membership dues/subscriptions, track payments, deposits, + settlement checks.

- Made + confirmed all reservations + coordinated large parties (+6) for: The Terrace Restaurant, Lobby Lounge, + The Dining Room. Ranging 60-90 covers per outlet. Special events; Sunday Brunch, Easter Brunch, Mother’s Day Brunch, Thanksgiving Brunch and Dinner, Christmas Day Brunch & Dinner, New Year’s Eve. Ranging from 200-600 covers per event.- Created special menus for The Terrace + Lobby Lounge.- Liaisons between customer + various hotel departments for detailed oriented task such ascredit card billing, food allergies/kitchen requests, + floral arrangements.- Distributed daily reports to departments of reservation numbers, credit card billing, kitchenrequest, + special arrangements.- Set sections for Breakfast, Lunch,+ Dinner for servers. Mainly hosted for Terrace + LobbyLounge, + occasionally in The Dining Room.- Handled incoming + outgoing telephone calls.
