Provides content for product roadmaps, ensures timely delivery, and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps. Engages and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirements gathering sessions. Completes business scope documents and defines and documents user personas for individual products. Manages vendor relationships key to product delivery. Implemented a carpool program for our annual conference as a green initiative and as a jumpstart on our GRI reporting.

Assisted with the first implementation of Black Knight’s fist Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) report. Provided extensive research on each standard to executives and managers on a weekly basis. Successfully researched and presented on the Importance of Corporate Social Responsibility with other interns to executives. Worked with the Executive Director of Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship (BCCCC) to provide insight on the importance of CSR.

Coordinated the debut of the LiveSMART (Sustainable Materials and Resource Trailer) at USGBC’s Green Build Conference in Washington DC. Informed Congress members, Representatives, and the general public on how to make their home more sustainable and the importance of doing so. Conducted research on alternative solutions for your home. Obtained new donations to support the organization.
