• Develop concepts for future capital projects including spatial planning, design objectives, look & feel and sustainability aims,• Manage the briefing, planning, design and delivery of all projects - taking brand strategy & vision, cost, time, scope and quality into account.• Interface and take the lead with external consultant teams (e.g. architects, interior designers, FF&E suppliers and contractors).• Engage in effective value management throughout all stages of projects whilst maintaining the core design vision and keeping the guest experience at the forefront.• Review all documentation and shop drawings throughout all stages for quality assurance, compliance and level of detail.• Create the design standards for the property and establish the expected design language - striving for excellence & innovation• Assess and mitigate key design risks (including WHS components and regulator approvals) - provide solutions for issues• Work in close partnership with project managers and all relevant team members & disciplines to deliver projects collaboratively• Build & maintain strong and productive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders• Prepare presentations for key internal stakeholders and aim to incorporate all feedback, and seek approvals.• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of legislative requirements and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures in design• Drive materiality, joinery, FF&E etc selections• Bump in furniture, curate final styling and manage any photoshoots

Performs roles of Greeter, Photographer and Cashier, with added responsibilities of completing banking duties, setting up/packing down/transporting equipment, adjusting and maintaining camera and printer settings, conducting exchanges, and dealing with customer complaints.

Greeter:Speaking to parents about which photograph packages they may be interested in and entertaining the children while they wait in the queue. Cashier:Processing sales using various methods of payment – using a David Jones cash register), whilst promoting our "gift pack" in order to up sell and to assist in meeting our daily target. Photographer:- Escorting the children through to one of the four caves, whilst getting to know them and getting them excited about the experience.- Entertaining the children in order to get them to be happy and smiling in their photographs.- Taking the photographs.- Printing out the photograph package requested and packaging them carefully.- Escorting the parents and children out of the caves and back into the David Jones store.

Assisted with tasks such as filing, data entry, clearing and organising a full storeroom and electronically confirming the status of banking files.
