Office Manager for large scale construction management project, consisting of over 100 construction management staff and 100 craft at the peak of the project. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; onsite HR contact: New hire processing, terminations, attending to employee relations issues, dispute resolution and disciplinary action. Vendor invoice review and approval. Back-up and assist cost person as needed with billing and cost projections. Assist procurement personnel as needed with vendor quotes and negotiation. Utilize construction management software for purchase orders, cost projections and reporting. Plan, organize and execute meetings, training and employee functions. Organize various employee charity events for the local community, such as the area food bank drive, Salvation Army Christmas Angels, local elementary school refurbishment and Boys and Girls Club community center improvements.
