The ThinkPub project aims to boost the capacities in the European book sector, make the publishing sector more sustainable and enable European publishers to better adapt to digital disruption through innovative education, training programmes, and a set of state-of-the-art digital tools focusing on the themes of Marketing innovation, Management innovation, Reading, Translation, and Emerging technologies.ThinkPub is implemented by Beletrina (Slovenia) as a lead and in partnership with Next Page Foundation (Bulgaria), Fundación Germán Sánchez Ruipérez (Spain), Ruediger Wischenbart Content & Consulting (Austria), Federation of European Publishers (Belgium), Carrenho Publishing Consulting (Sweden), Norwegian Reading Centre, University of Stavanger (Norway), Beat Technology (Norway), EDRLab (France), Polish Chamber of Books (Poland), The Limassol Book Fair (Cyprus), Thinking (Greece). The project is co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.

Next Page Foundation, established in 2001, aims to encourage international literature communication by supporting the empowerment of underprivileged groups, languages and countries for equal participation in the global dialogue of ideas. Next Page develops cultural programs and projects in the field of books, reading and translations and founded the Sofia Literature and Translation House in 2016. As Visibility & Communications Manager, I create and execute sector-specific communication solutions, I design communication campaigns and carry them out through the Foundation's owned and earned media channels. Also, I work with the media and various subcontractors and stakeholders.

Stichting Lezen / The Dutch Reading Foundation promotes reading and literacy in the Netherlands by implementing various national projects targeted to the 0-18 year olds. Stichting Lezen works together with partner organisations to create a strong reading culture and is a member of the EURead network.As part of my PhD, I completed an Erasmus+ traineeship at Stichting Lezen. I conducted a survey among European reading promoters on their attitudes towards digital approaches for reading promotion and their level of application in campaigns/initiatives and in national strategies for reading promotion. The survey is part of my PhD dissertation.

The France-based RECIT - Réseau Européen des Centres Internationaux de Traducteurs littéraires, is a network of European literary translation centers offering residencies for translators and organizing public events bringing together writers, translators & audiences. RECIT is also the lead partner in the international initiative Translation in Motion co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union (1/2/21-31/8/23). As project Communications Manager, I create communication conventions - textual and visual, to be implemented by the project partners. I guide the partners when executing the project communication strategy and campaigns to ensure its goals are fulfilled and I monitor in detail the dissemination of project-related results to create reports for the Commission. In addition, I work with international professional networks and media, I maintain RECIT's website and and give presentations at the partners' meetings.

Bulgarian Book Association is the only organization of book publishers and distributors in the country. BBA organizes international literary festivals, book fairs and campaigns that promote reading by working both with the business, and governmental and European institutions. As PR, Marketing & Advertising Manager, I was looking after the creating, planning and executing of all communication, advertising and public relations campaigns, related to the Association's activities and initiatives. More specifically, I was in charge of maintaining BBA's digital presence at various platforms; press writing and copywriting; communicating with journalists, reporters and digital influencers; collaborating with media partners - web, radio, TV & print; media and social media monitoring, press clipping; collaborating with external subcontractors - graphic designers, photographers, production teams.

Sanmartin is a B2B company with 39 years of history based in Portugal, operating in the field of fashion. It produces and distributes specific types of textiles and fabrics for haute couture and the bridal industry, elegant fabrics for women and ceremony wear for children. I completed my Master's internship at Sanmartin's marketing department. I consulted them about improving their digital presence, I developed a diverse content strategy plan and calendar for their digital channels - website and social media networks, I did research of the Bulgarian market and pitched potential clients. Also, I helped the company to create the visual identities of its newly-founded divisions.

Sofia International Literary Festival for Children & Young Adults is the only international literary event for youngsters in the country. As project manager, I was responsible for the the second edition of Sofia International Literary Festival for Children and Young Adults. I was overseeing all aspects of the project and delivering their successful implementation by doing event management and micro management, coordinating the festival's program, budget, team and subcontractors. I was recruiting audiences and leading the communication with festival participants and managing their logistics. Also, I was supervising the media and advertising campaign of the festival.

Sofia International Literary Festival is the most prestigious international literary forum in the country. As Logistics and Hospitality Manager, I was leading the communication with the international festival participants, guests and partners, executing their international and domestic logistics - flights, transfers, accommodation, and planning personal itineraries to ensure their pleasant and beneficial visit to Bulgaria. I was also coordinating a team of volunteers.

Basquiat Café & Bar was an artistic place at Plovdiv's Creative District Kapana with its own weekly event program.As social media manager, I was planning and creating content on Basquiat's social media channels and executing paid promotions on social networks and evaluating the results.

ONE Foundation for Culture and Arts (previously Sofia Foundation for Culture and Arts) was the organizer of the international festivals One Design Week, One Dance Week, One Architecture Week (previously Sofia Design Week, Sofia Dance Week, and Sofia Architecture Week), Spotlight and Sofia Contemporary. As Logistics & Hospitality Manager and part of the foundation's core team, I was executing international and domestic logistics for the numerous foreign participants and official guests - flights, transfers, accommodation, leading long-term communication with them and planning their personal itineraries. I was also arranging cargo transportation for travelling exhibitions and stage sets. As Locations Coordinator, I was scouting for and arranging locations for exhibitions, shows and performances in Sofia and Plovdiv. In 2014 I did the first mapping of Kapana area, later resulting in Kapana Creative District, introduced by Plovdiv Municipality as part of their candidacy for the European Capital of Cultutre 2019.

Affirmative action was a platform for alternative music events. It was found in 2014. Since then, I was creating and executing event concepts, working with a network of artists from Bulgaria and the Balkans. For 4 years I was doing event management and promotion, social media management and PR. I was also doing market research and targeting, as well as business development, working with partners who supported the platform.

Club VOID is an alternative music space in Plovdiv's Creative District Kapana. As club manager, I was curating and coordinating venue's program, communicating with musicians, DJ's, actors, artists and promoters, and introducing new event concepts. I was maintaining the digital presence of the club, taking care of the advertising campaigns, managing the social media channels, working with media partners and carrying out event designs for web and print, as well as producing advertising materials. I was also managing and recruiting the venue's team.

Sofia Literature and Translation House, an international literary exchange hub, is a project of Next Page Foundation. The House offers an annual literary residency program that facilitates exchange between international writers and translators and the Bulgarian literary. It was holds its own event program with lectures, readings, book promotions, literary workshops. As Hospitality Manager at Sofia Literature and Translation House's International Guests Department, I was in charge of the foreign literary residents, making sure their stay is meaningful and pleasant, taking care of all the details one can think of - from arranging meetings with prominent figures from the Bulgarian literary scene, through translating during radio interviews and assisting the organization of their public events, to fixing the Wi-Fi router at their accommodation.
