CurrentI lead the 3D coordination on a diverse range of projects, encompassing hospitals, airports, multi-story apartments and schools. This includes but is not limited to developing the BEP, running model audits, clash detection in Revizto, setting up and managing the CDE, automate tasks with Dynamo, and chair BIM coordination meetings.I also lead the development and implementation of dRofus across the practice.I have a keen passion on data and analytics, so I champion the use of Excel and Microsoft Power BI to report data from different platforms.Other aspects of my role include mentoring BIM Leads across the practice and ensuring ongoing development and implementation of BIM workflows and processes. I also engage closely with clients to understand their BIM strategy and specific requirements, and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to explore new business opportunities and implement new technologies.
